Terms and Conditions

1. Admission and Enrollment

Admission is granted only after the submission of the required documents and the non-refundable registration fee.

Students must provide accurate personal information at the time of enrollment.

2. Fee Structure and Payments

All course fees must be paid according to the agreed-upon installment plan.

A late fee may be applied if payments are delayed beyond the 5th of every month.

Fees once paid for a specific course are non-transferable to another person.

3. Attendance and Conduct

A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for the final examination and certification.

Students are expected to maintain discipline. Any damage to lab equipment (computers, furniture, or networking) due to negligence will be charged to the student.

Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside the classroom and lab sessions unless authorized by the instructor.

4. Course Duration and Batches

The institute reserves the right to change batch timings or merge batches if necessary.

Students requesting a change in batch timing must submit a written application, subject to availability.

5. Certification

Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course, passing the internal assessments, and full clearance of all dues.

The "Paper Degree" is a symbol of completion, but the institute emphasizes that actual skills and practical knowledge are the primary goals of the training.

6. Holidays and Cancellations

The center will remain closed on public holidays and Sundays unless special workshops are scheduled.

In case of technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, missed classes will be rescheduled.

ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳು (Terms and Conditions)

1. ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ದಾಖಲಾತಿ

ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗದ (Non-refundable) ನೋಂದಣಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನಂತರವೇ ಪ್ರವೇಶವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ದಾಖಲಾತಿಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಿಖರವಾದ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು.

2. ಶುಲ್ಕದ ರಚನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾವತಿಗಳು

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡ ಕಂತುಗಳ ಯೋಜನೆಯಂತೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳ 5ನೇ ತಾರೀಖಿನ ನಂತರ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದರೆ ವಿಳಂಬ ಶುಲ್ಕ (Late fee) ಅನ್ವಯಿಸಬಹುದು.

ಒಂದು ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.

3. ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಡವಳಿಕೆ

ಅಂತಿಮ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 80% ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶಿಸ್ತನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯದಿಂದ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ (ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್, ಪೀಠೋಪಕರಣ) ಹಾನಿಯುಂಟಾದರೆ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೇ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ತರಗತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.

4. ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಅವಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಚ್‌ಗಳು

ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ವಿಲೀನಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ ಸಮಯ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಲಿಖಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು (ಲಭ್ಯತೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ).

5. ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (Certification)

ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಆಂತರಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದ ನಂತರ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಕಿ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನಂತರವೇ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಕೇವಲ ಕಾಗದದ ಪದವಿಗಿಂತ (Paper Degree), ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.

6. ರಜೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ರದ್ದತಿ

ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ರಜಾದಿನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಭಾನುವಾರದಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಮುಚ್ಚಿರುತ್ತದೆ (ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರಗಳಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ).

ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ತರಗತಿಗಳು ತಪ್ಪಿಹೋದರೆ, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇರೆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮರುಹೊಂದಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
